Wii Music - Flop or Not?

The Wii Music is not difficult to find in-stock this holiday season, and with good reason. According to the Wall Street Journal, Wii Music is 'far behind' the sales that were enjoyed by Guitar Hero and Rock Band. So why's Wii Music so far behind? Playing along with your guitar and drums like in Rock Band actually gives you a point of reference. With Wii Music, you have to use the nunchuck style controllers and pretend you're holding a bad axe or blazing drums.

Some are even calling it the Wii's first 'flop'! Personally, I don't mind Wii Music. The game allows you to be extremely creative, as it is more free flowing than other more structured games, like Guitar Hero. But, if it is a flop, it was just a matter of time. Every gaming console has them, who remembers the Sega Saturn?

Pearl Jam on Rock Band and Rock Band 2

This spring, Pearl Jam fans can rock along to the band's acclaimed album, 'Ten', according to GameSpot. Rock Band 2 already has the single 'Alive' on it, but know you can play along to hits like 'Jeremy', 'Even Flow' and my favorite, 'Porch'.

If you are old enough to recall when 'Ten' was released, it was massive. The album inspired a fresh set of flannel bearing rebels, some of which are already featured on Guitar Hero World Tour. For Pearl Jam to be on Rock Band (and 2) is all too fitting. When 'Ten' hit the scene during the grundge explosion that was 1991, it was an immediate hit. Pearl Jam is one band that rocked the same for the better part of 20 years and 'Ten' helped kick that off. If you forget all of the tracks, here's a refresher:

Emails Fixed

We had a slight hiccup in our email alerts, which caused several 'in-stock' and 'out-of-stock' alerts to pop off quickly. Sorry if we filled your inbox, but we have fixed the issue and will likely see that happen no longer.

On a happier note, Nintendo's Wii has been setting records with it's sales this year. 2 million Wii's were sold in November, according to the report. Incredible! And remember, this is just the first Wii system to come out. Talk about revolutionizing the gaming industry. It's the first console to have a good rep, imagine, video games that are good for you to play.

The top accessory to the Wii, the Wii Fit, is a top seller this year in Japan. Nintendo's got a winner on it's hands. We're all looking forward to the Wii 2 (rumored release date 2011). How do you think it will be different?

Bakugans In-Stock at Amazon

Amazon had a handful of Bakugan's come in-stock today, much to my surprise, as I thought it wouldn't be until tomorrow that the Bakugan toys would come in stock.

They lasted about 6 minutes, hopefully you grabbed one in time! If not, we're expecting these to come in stock again on the Thursday December 4th. Subscribe for Bakugan email or desktop alerts. If you have the Bakugan tracker already enabled, you're in good shape.

Bakugans In Stock

The popular Bakugan Battle Pack will be out of stock at Amazon until around December 2nd. Set your in-stock alerts now to be notified when these come Bakugans are in-stock.

Bakugans have become very popular in the under 13 crowd for the 2008 holiday season. It's a hot item in stores and is frequently out of stock. Bakugans first became popular as a kids cartoon series in Japan and quickly spawned action figures. They Bakugan action figures are small creatures that frequently come with trading cards, which are also largely popular. If the only thing you know about Bakugans is that your kid or niece/nephew wants one, you're probably going to want to the Bakugan Battle Pack.

So, how do you find a Bakugan in stock? Especially the Bakugan battle pack? That's easy. Of course, we recommend you sign up for our quick desktop alerts. You'll be automatically opted into our email alerts.

If you're going for the Bakugan Battle Pack, but want to go a little further and find more Bakugan's in-stock, we recommend a handful of accessories and additions to your order. Try these out:

1. Bakguan Starter Pack - For Bakugan beginners, not for the dedicated fan. This includes a couple Bakugans and some of the trading cards.
2. Bakugan Starter Pack Red - Bakugans come in colors, which you can think of as "teams". The red one is popular as is the Blue and Black.
3. Bakguan Battle Brawlers Battle Pack - This is for the serious Bakugan player, or if you're looking to spoil someone. It includes six Bakugan marbles and eight metal cards. This one is perfect for the avid Bakugan collector.
4. Bakugan Launcher - This is cheap, so buy it up while you're at it. This is like icing on the cake for kids. It's a wrist strap that "launches" Bakugans and is a really neat accessory.

You'll be able to find Bakugans in stock soon, but the short sighted retailers may not have ordered enough to meet demand this holiday season. Good luck to everyone!

Holiday Season 2008

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, so it's just about time for the 2008 holiday season to begin. Most retailers can't wait for Black Friday, but in the online world we're just getting lined up for Cyber Monday (the day most online retailers get their biggest purchases).

Even with the economy in shambles, you'll still find crowded stores this holiday season. It's going to be one for the consumer, as retailers drop their prices earlier and more to entice buyers. It seems there are tons of reasons for people to go out to shop this year: BIG sales, low gas prices, etc.

Imagine getting to the store, though, and finding that the product you want is sold out!

Thats why I urge you to use, of course, LineJumpers.com this holiday season. We're tracking popular and hard to find products such as Bakugans, Wii Fit and more. Subscribe to an alert if the product is currently sold out.

Check back soon for updates!

Good luck to everyone!
